Hi there! My name is Chrissie, I Lil Guppie sometimes. I run Guppie Studio — here you will find a small collection of my prints, illustrations, sketches, ideas, writings, and explorations as I dip my toes into the vast ocean of screenprinting.

I don't have much yet, but you can find and read about each print or design to learn more about my process and how each one is made (hopefully I won't bore you haha). I usually start my process by collecting illustrations from the world around me, real life, concepts, and write down my notes on paper by sketching or organizing my thoughts. After I feel comfortable exploring ideas on paper, I usually turn to the internet, books, other artists, really anything to expand my thoughts. I repeat this process over and over again. Nothing is set in stone though, and exploration is my fun escape. Each print is hand-crafted here in sunny cough foggy San Francisco at my small studio at home. I meticulously plan every detail from the illustration to burning the stencil on my screens... It's really dirty and fun!
